2631 Pine Street is located on the east side of downtown Boulder, with easy access to the Pearl Street and 29th Street Malls. While the two houses are attached, there is only one common wall which is an entry/utility closet.

2631 Pine is the house in front. It has its own entrance and fenced yard. There is a garage in back that was split to give each house their own extra storage. This house comes with a dishwasher, window AC unit, hook-ups for a washer/dryer (tenants must supply machines – current tenant interested in selling), and off-street parking in the front driveway.

Security deposit equals one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. You can make payments on the remaining deposit due.

Cats allowed ($200 deposit per cat)

ONE dog is allowed ($300 dog deposit – certain breeds restricted)
