I have opportunity in California, and am looking for two individuals who want to rent the rooms separately ($831/mo before utilities), or someone to take the entire unit ($1662/mo before utilities) ASAP.

The lease is through October 30th, 2020. It may be possible work out a shorter term, if needed.

About the space:
This is a second floor apartment with huge mountain-facing balcony. The mountains are also visible from both bedrooms. Open living room + kitchen with adjustable track lighting, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

Front bedroom has detached bathroom. Back, master bedroom has two large closets lining the path to private en suite bathroom with shower + tub combo, a separate stand alone shower, and double sinks!

About the complex:
The apartment complex is Gunbarrel Center
; @gunbarrelcenter on IG). GBC is pet-friendly and has a free 24 hour gym and clubhouse. The clubhouse has a fancy shmancy coffee machine (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, tea selections, etc.), fully stocked refrigerator, virtual sports simulator, pool table, and multiple study nooks and fireplaces.
The complex also hosts free, catered Resident Appreciation dinners once a month. This is a very pet-friendly complex with a fenced dog park located near the clubhouse, waste stations around the neighborhood with poopbags, and free cat & oof treats in the clubhouse. Theres also a playground, grilling area, and community garden located in this area.

There is plenty of off-street parking, as well as a detached garage for covered parking, and you can request a private, attached garage through the rental office for an additional fee. You can also request extra storage space through them should you need it (I never have).

About the neighborhood:
Gunbarrel is a quiet area, just 8 minutes outside of all the noise of Boulder. Very friendly neighbors, who are a mix of families, single responsibles, and students.

Theres a lot of restaurants (Sanchos, Dominos, Yurihana, Snarfs, etc.), breweries, a liquor store, a dispensary, UPS & UPS & USPS, banks, and a King Soopers all within walking distance.

There are four nearby 205/ 205T bus stops and 1 stop for the BOLT (a little further away).
