A statement from the prospective tenant confirming that there has not been a material change in the information in the screening report, including the prospective tenant's name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history, or eviction history, since the report was generated will be required. Although Landmark Real Estate acknowledges compliant portable screening reports in accordance with HB23-1099, which could exempt you from paying an application fee (or potentially lead to a fee refund), it is still necessary for all tenants to fill out our application. Furthermore, your qualification (or disqualification) will be determined based on the screening data obtained from our independently sourced report, not from the data provided in your portable report. Please be aware that authentic and compliant portable reports must originate directly from the consumer reporting agency.
