2 bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bathroom, living room, and kitchen. 2 bedrooms are located downstairs with a second living room, laundry room, and 3/4 bathroom. The home was built in 1972, it is 1450 square feet, and it is located in School District 11. It has a fenced in backyard. Tenant pays for all utilities. The home has hook ups for a washer and dryer and the home does not have central AC. It is located off Peterson with easy access to Peterson Space Force Base and Powers. Due to newer carpet and paint, we are not allowing pets at this time. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum.
