Three of the bedrooms are upstairs and 1 is on the lower level. The downstairs bedroom has it's own attached full bath. While the upstairs bath is a Jack and Jill, between one bedroom and the hallway. Both bathrooms have new tubs, toilets, vanities, sinks and lighting. Everything has a fresh coat of paint and there are new laminate floors in all of the rooms. Upstairs are vaulted ceilings. The living room fireplace contains a new electric insert for added warmth and ambiance on the cold winter evenings and there is also central air-conditioning for warm summer days.
The clothes washer and clothes dryer, while not new, are also still included.
No pets, No smoking, Renters Insurance required.
