Starting in the living room with large windows letting in an abundance of light, to a dining area complete with a ceiling fan, into the kitchen with updated appliances and a breakfast nook for extra seating. The rest of the home boasts 2 beds and 2 baths, with no shortage of storage space. There are several closets including 2 in the master bedroom.
Just beyond the back yard is a detached oversized, heated, and insulated garage! This extra space has endless possibilities. There is dual access to the garage from either the back door of the residence itself, or an alley on the East side of the home. There is a hot tub available in this homes' backyard, which if the tenant elects to use, will be a responsibility of the tenant to maintain.
