Artful and creative, this vibrant, remodeled cottage boasts marble counter tops and a one-of-a-kind bookcase which was once a door, as well as a spacious outdoor patio where you can grill your evening meal under the glow of subtle string lighting. A/C unit is located in the Master bedroom providing a comfortable nights sleep.

The cottage has a Queen Bed and a bunk room that's perfect for kids, as well as a cozy full bath with a tub. Washer and dryer included in the cottage.

*Please note, the furnishings & decorations may change slightly from the photographs. If desired, the bunk beds can be removed so the bedroom can be converted to an office, nursery, etc.*

Small fenced patio allows for outdoor seating. The Cottage is fully separate and secure from the main house. Although pets are not allowed in the cottage, you should know there is a very nice dog on the other side of the fence. She might bark occasionally and kids and adults may be playing in the adjacent yard.

One private parking spot off the alley is included.

This charming cottage is minutes from Colorado Springs' best outdoor adventures and entertainment. Old Colorado City has plenty of galleries, cafes, bars, shopping, and dining options.

From June to October, there's a Saturday farmers' market nearby.
