This is a co-ed household, both male and female in the house, although a majority female. Very artistic, friendly and quiet household. All rooms are separately rented and lockable. Two bathrooms in house, both shared. The one you use was fully renovated recently. Shared kitchen and living room. The best trails in town are within walking distance, as are all the conveniences of Old Colorado City. The people here are awesome and we expect you to be as well. No cats or dogs. I have been doing this for 20 years and am picky in who I let in to this house. This is a drama-free zone, and not a party house. Adults only need apply.
