This is a well-furnished, well-maintained, impeccably cleaned furnished rental available to rent for 4 - 16 weeks (1 - 4 months) at a time.

All utilities are included (including wireless internet, trash/recycling removal).

We offer complementary mid-stay housekeeping cleans.

Pet policy:
Being sympathetic dog lovers, we allow one dog (less than 50lb) to stay at our furnished rental home. Our standard non-refundable pet fee is $300 per stay. This goes to cover the professional steam cleaning of the carpets + upholstered furniture after your pet's stay with us.)

Special exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis with specific approval from the owners.
