There is one other person living in the townhome (myself). Roommate will have full access to the furnished common areas and appliances including kitchen, living room, dining room, and loft.

Background check, proof of income, and in-person meeting required prior to signing a lease. The room is for one individual (no significant others, children, etc). Males only; military preferred. Occasional guests are fine. No marijuana, no illegal drugs, no smoking/vaping inside. $400 refundable security deposit plus first month’s rent required to move in.
