Renter of 2 years moved into their custom home soon so the house is back up for rent. Respond quickly as this home was rented exceptionally fast the last 3 times.

Home is managed by me the actual owner. I am extremely quick to respond to anything wrong with the home. Every tenant we have had has signed multiple leases because they have been so satisfied with how we treat our tenants and manage the home for them.

Recently renovated and updated. All bedrooms have brand new carpet, the hardwood was refinished and all bathrooms have new sinks and faucets. It is setup with 3 bedrooms with the fourth bedroom as a home office. That can easily be made into a fourth bedroom if needed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom that has two sinks as well as a bathtub and shower. The master has a view of pikes peak and the other mountains. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have walk-in closets with the master bedroom having a huge walk-in closet (almost a small bedroom.) The basement is fully finished besides the bedroom downstairs. That room would make a great gym or storage room. If that bedroom was included, the house would have 5 total bedrooms. There is ample storage and space for a large family and all their belongings.
The house is wired for a home security system as well as being a smart home. The house is also hardwired for LAN cables (faster than wifi) or you can use Wifi. There is also ceiling speakers in the living room.
The backyard is gorgeous with a deck on the back that also has exterior lighting. It was made with high end composite decking material so you don't have to worry about splinters. The deck is positioned so a part of it will always be in the shade with another part always in the sun. It makes it perfect for bbq's with friends. The yard is absolutely massive and flat so it's great for enjoying the outdoors. The house also has a laundry room (no washer/dryer included) with a large sink. The kitchen has tile countertops with stainless steel kitchen appliances included. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook overlooking the beautiful deck and backyard. The dining room is huge and has enough room to make it a second living room. The main living room has a gas fireplace with windows that face the backyard. The garage has had a ton of work done to it. It has epoxy'd floors, a full workbench with shelving below. There is also storage above the bench to store anything you would like. The garage has easily stored both of my family's cars, all of my tools and all the outdoor gear during the winter.
The front and back yard have grass but have been strategically xeriscaped so your water bill will not be too high. The yard has been kept up meticulously so it doesn't look like the stereotypical Colorado Springs yard with dead grass. The sprinkler system uses top of the line water efficient heads and has a computer that waters at the optimum times to help you save on your utilities bill.
The house is only 5.6 miles from Peterson AFB (8 minutes away) and 11.9 miles from Schriever AFB (15 minutes max.) Fort Carson is 25 minutes away with taking Marksheffel Rd. The surrounding area is a very new part of town with all new movie theaters, restaurants and shopping. The neighbors are all really friendly and keep their property in great condition. The street is tucked away off of any main road so the only traffic is your neighbors. There is also 2 playgrounds that are both within 5 minutes walking distance.
There will be a $50 application fee for anyone over 18 years old living in the house. That will only be charged if you end up renting the house. That will cover the background check and credit score check. Must have a high credit score. If you haven't rented because you owned a house in your last location, we can still talk. Must have proof of income that is at least 2.5 times the rent price.
Only 1 family will be allowed to rent this house with a maximum of 7 people in that family allowed to live here.

Owner pays the HOA and trash. No smoking or Marijuana allowed. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Must have a minimum credit score of 730. 1 year lease at a time. Additional $400 per animal deposit per dog that is not refundable.
