The lack of basic amenities such as a microwave and lights in the rooms and closet is unacceptable for the amount of rent being paid. It is concerning and inconvenient for tenants to have to provide their own lighting and appliances in a modern apartment. The management should prioritize providing these basic necessities for their tenants' comfort and convenience.
