As you enter in to the living room through the front door, you'll notice the gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the entirety of the home, as well as the bright paint and large windows letting in natural light. The main level contains an open living room, a half bath powder room, a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and the spacious kitchen, as well as a storage closet just off of the living room. The kitchen is complete with matching stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave. There is an abundance of cabinet and counter space, as well as a large pantry. The kitchen continues to the back door, where you can access the fully fenced in yard. Upstairs, you will find 3 well appointed bedrooms, each with hardwood floors and large closets. There is a full bathroom in the hallway that the first two bedrooms can share, as well as an en-suite bathroom in the furthest back, primary bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a dual sink vanity, and shower/tub combo. This home is heated and cooled through central air. The location is ideal for someone who loves access to downtown experiences, but enjoys a neighborhood that isn't right in the middle of it. There is easy access via public transportation or bike to downtown Denver. Just a half-mile away from Broadway where you can find lots of breweries and nightlife, the historic Mayan Theater, and independent restaurants.
