Can also be turned into a 3 bedroom if needed. - 3 bedroom if needed but is setup as a 2 bedroom currently (king is Saatva with motion base in master and Queen is Sleep number with motion base in 2nd bedroom), 2 bath (large walk-in shower with seat and double shower heads downstairs and claw foot tub with shower upstairs), large living area, front dining and study with desk and bookshelves - Garage and street parking, 1 parking spot by garage with electric car plug in - Large yard with raised bed garden with auto-watering system, back porch dining, outdoor heating for porch, chimenea and couch for winter relaxing and fire and enclosed dog run (washable and drainable for cleanliness. Lawn and yard care included - Safe and relaxing neighborhood but also has security system - Renter will have to only pay electric. Internet, water, gas, and trash bill included - Dogs allowed with rules to be presented in lease. No animal deposit required - 5 minutes to Tennyson Street and Highlands are with many shops and restaurants, Regis University within walking of 2 minutes - 3 close parks and one with a dog park, bike trails and gym Equipped Items Include: All needed kitchen wares such as appliances, dishes, cooking pan and pots glassware. Coffee Pot, toaster, water filters on sink and fridge. TVs and surround sound in living room, lots of storage if needed, all bedrooms and baths can be equipped with sheets and towels. Only off-limits area would be basement. Basement only needs to be accessed by property manager for fixes if they occur and maintenance. Detailed lease will be provided for review after renter interview. Property covered by a home warranty coverage for any issues. Property manager in proximity in case of any needs and will do detailed walk-through at move in. Security Deposit amount determined by the owner. For each pet, there is a refundable security deposit of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
