As you continue upstairs in the home, you find the 2 spacious bedrooms that each have their own private attached bathrooms, and the laundry room with washer and dryer in the unit is located in between in the hallway. Enjoy nearby parks including the expansive Rocky Mountain Arsenal that is to the north and has miles of hiking trails and great wildlife viewing opportunities. Closer to home is Parkfield Lake Park which has sports fields, trails, picnic areas, a playground, a dog park, an interactive fountain, a skate park as well as Montebello Recreation Center. There is easy access to both Green Valley Ranch Blvd. and I-70. There are lots of shopping and dining options within 2 miles. You will need to submit proof of income at the time of application submission. *640+ credit score is required. *Applicants will be considered with credit scores below 640 with an added reoccurring Marginal Credit Score Fee of 1/12th of monthly rent.
