This two bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo is an upstairs unit in the Cornerstone Condominium Community. It comes with one assigned parking spot and has storage space. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and W/D hookups in the utility room. The unit is all electric. No pets. No students. No smokers. Small, paved backyard area. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. If you need to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside the office - just make sure to label payments with your name.
