I am trying to sublet my lease as I have decided to withdraw from CSU, and am no longer living in Colorado anymore. This location is very convenient, as CSU is within a mile from the apartment, as well as a shuttle bus service from the apartment to campus. There are a couple grocery stores nearby, places to eat at, and Foothills Mall is less than 2 miles away. My particular unit also has been very quiet during quiet hours, so no worries about waking up at 2am to loud tenants. My ex roommate is still living there; he is a very respectful and kind person, he will not disrupt or bother you. I will provide contact information once we get in touch.
