You may then contact us to schedule additional tours with your group to make sure it is a good fit. YOU MUST VIEW THE PROPERTY BEFORE APPLYING. This is a nice sized house with lots of living space. Very close to campus and in the heart of UNC's college neighborhood. There is a nice sized dining room that is connected to a large living room which offers a huge living space. The kitchen has two refrigerators to help with the size of the house. On the main floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom (with a jet tub) and the basement has five bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one washer and two dryers to help with the size of the house. There is also a detached two car garage with an opener. Tenants are responsible for electric (Xcel - previous years avg. $106.50 a month), gas (Atmos - previous years avg. $98.27 a month) and trash. Owner takes care of water and lawn care. NO Pets. ALL college students will require a co-signer on the lease.
