This 2-story house is located in the Wandcrest neighborhood in Pine, CO, with spectacular views of the Kenosha mountain range, including the whitecaps of mount Rosalie and mount Evans, from every west-facing window (7 count).

The house features a brand new washer and dryer, whole-house water softener, and reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen, as well as a large deck, hottub (if tenant wants to pay to maintain), 3.5 bedrooms (one bedroom has a loft), 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining area, and a two-car garage.

We're looking for responsible and thoughtful individuals that will take care of this beautiful home, and the intricacies that mountain living entails. We also want to be notified of issues as they occur, and things not working in the home.

Monthly rent does include trash removal and water, yet does not include utilities; gas, electric, and internet. A grill is not allowed on the deck.
No smoking or cats allowed inside (not negotiable).
Access to on-site bungalow/cabin is not permitted.
