This beautiful home in Cottonwood is available for lease around the middle of May. Home recently went through a remodel where all new flooring and paint was done. The kitchen features stainless appliances and tons of counter space. All bedrooms are located on the top floor. The home has a two car attached garage as well as a fenced in backyard. Washer and dryer included with the property. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities. Located less than a minute from 470 and just minutes from Parker and I25 for any commuting. Unfortunately no pets will be allowed on the property.

There is a one-time $150 lease initiation fee due at lease signing.
Low credit applicants may be required to enroll in our high-risk tenant program at a cost of 3% monthly rent.
If pets are allowed in the property, there will be the following pet related charges.
$300 Pet deposit +$50 for each additional pet
Monthly pet rent determined by size of pet not to exceed $35 per month per pet.
