This recently remodeled Emma home was occupied since the 70's by a local musician,
Richard Cashman ''Cash'' who has played music in the valley since the 1960s with legends such as John Denver, John Sommers, Twirp Anderson, Randall Utterback, Itzhak Perlman, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and more! Bluegrass, country, rock and roll were written and performed within the walls and halls of 24 Cherry Lane for decades. (and if these walls could talk!) A retired Navy pilot, Cash drove through Aspen after he served in the mid 1960's on his way to California to become a commercial pilot. He fell in love with Aspen and the valley and never left. Together with his children, the family has lovingly remodeled this single family home.
