The large primary bedroom sits in the back of the home and includes a 5 piece private bathroom and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have vaulted ceilings. The office is situated just off the living area with French doors. The open living room at the front of the house has tile floor and a spread of windows. The open concept dining and family room has a wood floor and a gas fireplace and is located just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and there is an island for extra counter space and a built in pantry. The back deck opens into a large back yard which includes a storage shed. The house features Air Conditioning, solid flooring throughout, a 2 car garage, and a ranch-style layout. This home is located in School District 38. Will allow up to two small dogs under 30 pounds and cats. Additional $35 per month and collect an additional $300 security deposit per pet. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. 11 month lease. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, smoking is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. Minimum acceptable credit score of 650. Monthly income requirement is 2 times the rent. Please call for additional qualification details. We do not rent our homes sight unseen.
