The professionally landscaped grounds offer seasonal color year-round, maintained by Carabetta's 24 hour Maintenance Team. Appliances are included in all the units which have hardwood floors throughout. Residents enjoy FREE heat and hot water and ample off-street parking, as well as access to the onsite community room and laundry facilities. Many units provide full basements for extra storage and washer and dryer hook-ups. There is no application fee.
