Tenant pays for JUST electric. Owner pays for condo fees which again includes heat, hot water, air conditioning, trash, and parking. Tenant will receive one parking spot and a guest pass for a guest. There is a storage unit that comes with this unit. Please keep in mind there is strict application process that requires a minimum 675 credit score for all adult occupants.
