This home is located in the beautiful and quiet Haile Plantation - Plantation Villas neighborhood. The Haile Village Center has a Saturday morning farmers market and hosts yearly events such as Oktoberfest and Christmas Light up the Village. The village center also has several restaurants, shops, doctors’ offices, hair salons and more! The Hawkstone Country Club, golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, pools and exercise facilities are also just minutes away, but they require a separate membership which is not included in the rent. Haile Plantation also has numerous public playgrounds for residents. The home is also just a few miles away from the University of Florida, Celebration Pointe, Butler Plaza & Town of Tioga that have all the social, dining, movie theaters and retail stores. The Publix shopping center in Haile also has restaurants, dry cleaners, dog grooming, hair/nail salons and more! Several elementary and middle schools are also just minutes away.

Amenities include: central air & heat, patio, dishwasher & stainless steel appliances. No utilities are included: GRU will be your electric/water/sewer provider. You can choose between Cox or AT&T for internet. Pest Control service will be included in the rent.

Date Available: Jan 1st, 2025. $1,900/month rent. First month, last month and security deposit required prior to move in for a total of $5,700 upon the signing of the lease. A background and credit check are also required for each applicant/tenant at their expense prior to the lease being executed. Proof of renters insurance is required prior to lease. Subleasing without landlord/owner approval or renting the property as a vacation home is strictly prohibited! This property is managed by the owners directly, who also live in Haile Plantation.

Pets (only including dogs) are allowed with landlord approval prior to lease and proof of all required Alachua County animal requirements (vaccinations, etc.)
