Walk, run or bike on miles of beautiful paved and wooded trails. The Haile Village Center has a Saturday morning farmers market and hosts yearly events such as Oktoberfest and Christmas Light up the Village. The village center also has several restaurants, shops, doctors’ offices, hair salons and more! The Hawkstone Country Club, golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, pools and exercise facilities are also just minutes away, but they require a separate membership which is not included in the rent. Haile Plantation also has numerous public playgrounds for residents. The home is also just a few miles away from the University of Florida, Celebration Pointe, Butler Plaza & Town of Tioga that have all the social, dining, movie theaters and retail stores. The Publix shopping center in Haile also has restaurants, dry cleaners, dog grooming, hair/nail salons and more! Several elementary and middle schools are also just minutes away.
