Drink your coffee while lounging on the screened-in back porch, watching the amazing sunrise reflecting off your private pool, complete with privacy screen. For lunch, enjoy cooking on the included outdoor grill with gas hook-up, no propane tanks needed! At dinnertime, explore the many close-by dining options, including so many waterside restaurants with live-music. Then take a short drive down the beach and watch the sunset. And never have to worry about hurricanes, rising insurance costs, property taxes, or any other headache of home ownership.

Lawncare and High-speed fiber internet included. Utilities are not included. Pool is low-maintenance, and can be heated (electric water heater). This way you can decide if the pool is something you want to use, if you want to heat it, and how much you want to heat it. Even if you decide not to use the pool, it is a very relaxing outdoor patio area. Personally, we only use the heater during March and April. We swim May through October without needing the heater. We generally do not swim November through February, but obviously your results may vary. The Waterset community heats the community "lap pool" year-round.

Easily accommodates a family of 5:
Master bedroom: queen-size canopy bed and bathroom with separate tub and shower.
Guest bedroom 1: full size bed
Guest bedroom 2: daybed with 2 twin-size mattresses
4th room currently used as office/man-cave/gaming area with half-bath. (no beds)

Pets are allowed, but not preferred. Pets destroy carpets and patio screens, and leave behind hair. If you're willing to be responsible for cleanup and property damage, then your pets are welcome.

* Access to Waterset amenities requires Waterset HOA to approve your lease along with a $50 application processing fee (covered by the "move-in fee). Each lessee over the age of 14 is eligible to receive a security card to access the amenities, but Waterset charges $10 per card, payable by credit card at the time the card is issued. Everyone issued an amenity card will be expected to follow the amenity rules:

Examples of Waterset amenity rules include:
> be courteous (i.e. don't play loud music at the community pools)
> obey amenity hours - use assigned security badge for entrance
> fitness centers are for Waterset members only (no guests)
> pool amenities allow a limited number of guests per family. (guests are allowed to use the community pools, but not the fitness centers)

Check out the Waterset community website at https://www.watersetfl.com/. Waterset does not allow leases shorter than 6 months. Waterset also requires all leases to be approved by the HOA ($50 application fee, covered by move-in fee), even if the renters do not plan to use the community amenities.
