Our quiet Brandon community is located in a great school district, and is less than two miles from shopping, dining and entertainment venues such as Westfield Town Mall. I-75 is just over one mile away and I-4 is only five miles from our front door. Downtown Tampa is just 10 miles away. Our one and two bedroom apartments are available in several spacious floor plans. Some of our homes have been given a complete makeover to include above-range microwave, new cabinets and countertops and elegant ceramic backsplash and flooring. All of our balconies and patios are screened-in for your comfort and privacy. Residents are invited to enjoy our two swimming pools and spa, or work up a sweat on our two tennis courts and 24-hour fitness center. We are currently offering self-guided tour appointments.
