Living Room: The living room offers a comfortable leather sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV. A triple tuck-away glass slider plus a corner 90-degree door opens the entire living and dining room to the lanai and pool, giving an enhanced feeling of spaciousness. Right off the living room is a den, fully equipped with a desk and French doors. It's the perfect place to catch up with emails, and calls, or set up your work-from-home office while being able to view the beautiful and serene surroundings. 

Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, featuring a large dining table with seating for six. From here you can enjoy the view of the spacious lanai and pool.

Kitchen: The kitchen opens to the living room, partially partitioned by a breakfast bar with seating, allowing the family chef to be included in all the family activities while preparing the meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances with granite countertops.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is found off of the living room and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the glass sliders. The attached master bathroom suite includes a luxury walk-in shower, double-sink vanity, and a large soaking tub for you to be able to melt your stress away.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The first guest bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed and ample closet space for you to be able to store your wardrobe and shopping treasures. The guest bathroom has dual sinks, granite countertops, and a large walk-in shower. The second guest room is perfectly suited for your children as it offers 2 twin beds. There are plenty of games, puzzles, and books available for hours of entertainment! Lastly, the second guest bathroom features a large shower and also serves as the pool bath as it has direct access to the spacious lanai and pool area.

Pool/Lanai: The outdoor kitchen will have you practically living poolside as you grill up your steaks or burgers in the built-in grill. You can even keep your beverages chilled in the refrigerator located outside. This area offers multiple seating areas for dining, sunbathing, or gathering for a relaxed conversation. Spend your days and evenings in the electric heated pool. Better yet, work on your Florida tan on the available sun loungers while enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. The landscaping and flowering hedges provide a tropical touch to the property. This home is ideal for families and couples traveling together.
