Living Room: The living room has high ceilings, a large flat-screen TV, and a modern couch, there is also an adjacent recliner. From here, a large sliding door opens up the room to the lanai with a lovely view of the pool. This vacation villa features a split floor plan, which keeps the master bedroom and the 2 guest bedrooms in opposite areas of the house.
 
Kitchen/Dining Room: Make all your meals in the fully equipped, updated kitchen. There are lovely granite countertops and an integrated breakfast bar with additional seating. The dining room offers a place for the family to discuss and relive the day's activities together. 
 
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom suite offers a very large bedroom area. There is a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a desk available to use for those who need to get some work done while away from home. The attached bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. 
 
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The guest bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed. Lastly, there is a room perfectly suited for your children as it offers 2 twin beds. Both rooms have ample closet space for you to be able to store your wardrobe and shopping treasures. The guest rooms share the bathroom with a tub/shower combination that also serves as the pool bath as it has direct access to the spacious lanai and pool area. 
 
Pool/Lanai: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! Villa IvyLe features a saltwater solar-heated pool with Southern exposure for all-day sun!! Cook your meals on the propane grill and eat at the dining table by the pool with room for four. This area features plenty of outdoor furniture to entertain friends and family.
