The house is nestled in a tropical garden and located in a quiet yet convenient area close to shopping centers, family restaurants, and grocery stores, all within a few minutes' drive. 

Living Room: The open concept living room offers vaulted ceilings features a flat-screen TV. There is even a sleeper sofa. To the right of the entrance, you will find a very cozy sitting area, which is great for enjoying a good book.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen is furnished with all the usual appliances and offers an adjacent breakfast nook for four people, with a fabulous view of the canal and pool. There is a breakfast bar with additional seating for three, which is great for a quick breakfast or brunch before heading out to your favorite beach or lounging by the pool. There is a formal dining room with seating for four, perfect for family dinners.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The large glass slider has a fantastic view of the pool and canal. Attached is the master bathroom, which offers jack-and-jill sinks, a jetted soaking tub, and a large shower.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The two guest bedrooms offer a Queen-size bed and flat-screen TV each. One room features a glass slider that leads into the tropical lanai. They both share the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Pool/Lanai/Dock: The large lanai has comfortable outdoor furniture and plenty of seating, including four sun loungers and a poolside dining area, making it a perfect location for a group of friends or family members to unwind and work on your Florida tan! The electric heated pool with a spa will give you hours of relaxation. Enjoy some cocktails around the tiki hut located on the dock. There are also bikes and kayaks available for you to take an adventure around the area!
