You access the private property through a locked, exclusive, State Preserve gate, no other cars are allowed. It is located just outside the quaint town of Punta Gorda and close to Cape Coral.

It comes fully furnished with plates, cookware, range, refrigerator, everything you need. No smoking, drugs or intoxication. No dogs are allowed in the preserve. There is a 3/4 mile unpaved driveway, so SUV/high clearance vehicle is required as road is not maintained. Must be self-sufficient. Only for those used to living in the country.

It rents for $1100 a month for one person, $1300 for two people (no more than 2 people due to the very small septic). Plus $200 monthly flat rate for electricity. Rent includes water and internet. Only for a good tenant, verification of application required, with current and previous landlord references, before viewing. 2-year minimum lease, 10% discount for longer lease.
