The owner’s suite boasts a comfortable king sized bed and boasts a beautiful en-suite bath. The guest bedroom is located across the hall, has a queen size bed, a dresser, and and an adjacent full bathroom. The patio door has custom made vertical cellular panel for comfort and management of light. The screened lanai offers gorgeous views over the 10th green and of the lake and state of the art golf course. All bedrooms, family room and lanai have remote control ceiling fans. A convenient full size washer, dryer is located in a close away space.

Babcock Ranch amenities are very close by which include:12 pickleball courts, 2 pools, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, basketball courts, open field areas. Along with these amenities, downtown Babcock Ranch gives you the Lakehouse Restaurant, Slaters Provisions, Coffee Shop and Ice Cream Store, Security office, walking trails, and many small businesses just a walk away.
