Great staff - very professional and helpful! In regards to maintanence, I haven't yet needed to use. The rest is great! Can't complain.

Don’t be fooled. This place is riddled with issues. Trash everywhere and ongoing, never ending construction. Neighbors aren’t screened so drugs all around. Dog feces on every sidewalk and path. Pool is disgusting.
