It's designed with recreation and community involvement in mind. The golf course is just a part of the list of amenities here to help satisfy the recreational and social pursuits those living here want. A country club, fitness center, and ballroom are just the beginning of what is here. It's located near the Gulf Coast just north of the Tampa Bay area, so there are plenty of other diversions close by as well. When at home in the community, the three gates at the entrances keep those meddling kids off the greens.

Inside the planned community, there aren't really any parts of the town that are distinctly different from the others. The biggest identifier of one section from the rest might just be the layout of the golfing greens that course through Timber Pines. Some homes are attached villa style while others follow the typical floor plans for single family dwellings. One-bedroom apartments can be found in the villas but might require a more stringent search.
