Our policy allows for a maximum of 2 occupants in a 1-bedroom apartment. Small pets, weighing 25 lbs or less, are heartily welcomed, with a limit of 2 pets per unit (pet fee monthly). All applicants aged 18 and above must possess a valid US Social Security Number to complete the application process.
