The property provides off-street and driveway parking, allowing for up to 2 cars per apartment.
Our lease agreements span a period of 12 months. It's important to note that renter's insurance is MANDATORY at move-in, and all applicants are required to hold a valid US Social Security Number. Regrettably, we are unable to offer our rental services to individuals who have faced eviction or eviction-related proceedings within the past 5 years.
