The apartment is fully tiled, has a front door and a back door, comes with two A/C units, and the bedroom has a very large walk-in closet. We impose a limit of 2 people in a 1-bedroom apartment, and small pets (up to 25lbs) are welcome here. There is a 1-time pet fee (per pet) due at lease signing, a limit of two pets per apartment, and dog breed restrictions are enforced.

The building is a beautiful example of Mid-Century Modern architecture - classic on the outside but updated on the inside. There is a central courtyard hidden from the street that contains a pool, a sun deck, and a beautiful deck/patio area with a few picnic tables for your relaxation and enjoyment. The property also has an on-site coin operated laundry for your convenience.

The property is close to both Young Circle and Federal Highway. Your new residence gives you quick access to all the shops and restaurants on Hollywood Boulevard, the specialty food stores and restaurants that have been opening up in Hollywood lately, and the numerous activities to be enjoyed at Young Circle. The location also gives you easy access to I-95 on the west and Federal Highway on the east. The Airport is maybe 15 minutes to the north, and the train station is close as well!
