For noise it really depends on the neighbors but some nights they’ll be loud and I personally won’t say anything but if I have a loud night it’s an instant phone call to management, it’s a nice place and area but the prices are a little ridiculous and if I had more time to find a place to live I probably wouldn’t have chose here for multiple reasons, such as distance from work and price. The management is nice and helpful, the maintenance crew is outstanding. When it comes to actual living I’d avoid the studio apartments purely for the fact of little to no storage and having no way to hang blinds for the big bay windows. If I remember right from my tour the one bedrooms and up didn’t have this problem but I could be wrong. Parking isn’t the best for the high-rise, very limited spots and if you’re Mil and have the potential to work nights it’s a struggle to find a spot when getting home during those later hours especially with a bigger vehicle. Overall it isn’t a bad place but I don’t personally think it’s worth the price point even with the location and places surrounding.
