“The apartment complex is wonderful, well laid out and appointed. However, there are many rules, but no one enforces them. Loud boomboxes at the pool, dog poop not picked by owners, no smoking in the complex (there should be an area set aside for smoking. If there are rules, someone should enforce them, or there are no rules.”

“Honestly this is the best place I've ever lived. Everything is really nice and I love my view. It's not trashy like a lot of places. I never see any bugs other than an occasional bee. All the amenities are really nice. The location is incredibly convenient. Very bike and walk friendly. 3 places to get groceries within a block. A gas station, an urgent care for people and also one for animals are within a block. I never feel unsafe. Not sure what else I could ask for except lower rent. But who wouldn't want that these days?”
