Your private little house!! My cottage is minutes away from Brickell, downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, US-1 and I-95. Recently updated, with wooden floors and tile throughout the house and a mini split AC/heat unit. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee pot, electric oven with toaster, a big fridge/freezer and everything you will need to be comfortable. The cottage even has its own washer and dryer! Wi-Fi, and Netflix.

A huge, peaceful back yard, with table and chairs to have breakfast or a meal, work or watch a movie.

We spray for mosquitoes and bugs, so you will fully enjoy the garden and the songs of the birds.

We have a friendly dog named Garky, who is well behaved. He spends most of the time inside the house.

PARKING: ITS FREE TO PARK ON THE STREET. THERE IS ALMOST ALWAYS ONE OR TWO SPOTS RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR.
HOWEVER, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A NO PARKING SIGN ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF MY STREET AND YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED IF YOU PARK THERE.

WE OFFER RIDES FROM AND TO THE MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FROM 9AM TO 8PM FOR $ 25.00 PER RIDE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE TO PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
