The nexus of Midtown, Wynwood, the Design District and Edgewater, this area is burgeoning with new restaurants, coffee shops, art installations and high-end retailers. Midtown Miami has become the go-to neighborhood for young professionals, entertainment, sports figures and nightlife in a largely pedestrian setting. Residents here have access to an impressive array of amenities, like our palm-lined resort pools, stunning social lounges, state-of-the-art fitness centers and several work from home spaces. Inside each of our Midtown Miami apartments are a host of designer features throughout and four finish packages to choose from.

You pay a premium to live in this building and the parking situation is terrible without assigned spaces, the apps used to access the building go down often, and certain maintenance requests aren't taken care of due to "known issues" (ie. the shower grout looks terrible and the toilet runs after flushing, but after putting in separate requests, the maintenance workers just say that the whole building is like that and there's nothing they can do). For what I pay, I expect better
