PET POLICY
* All pets have to be screened and approved
* Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals are welcome
* Certain breeds of dogs and cats are allowed
* There is a Non-Refundable pet fee of $300 for 1st pet and $150 for additional pets
* There is a Monthly Pet Fee of $35 for 1st pet and $15 for every additional pet.
