I had a maintenance man come for an issue with my dishwasher and the water pressure in the kitchen. The maintenance man said he would have another faucet ordered and would replace it. I tried explaining that I believe it's the water pressure and that getting a new faucet won't help that the dishwasher isn't working. He left and I never heard back about the new faucet or heard back about my dishwasher issue. Also, another reason for my rating is due to the amenities. I've lived in many places with a community room so I never even thought to ask if the community room and the amenities such as the pool table and coffee area would be open to us and am shocked and disappointed that the community room is locked once the leasing office closes. Another thing is that there's a beautiful dogpark but there's no shade for the people or dogs. A picnic table with an umbrella would be great.
