The 2 bedroom residence can be rented separately.

From the front porches, you are just steps to the sugary sand beaches and a short stroll to the world renowned Fifth Ave and Third Street districts where culture, fine dining and shopping are in abundance. The spacious grounds provide plenty of outside entertaining areas for fun in the sun and outdoor grilling.
