The beautifully updated kitchen provides all your cooking essentials and features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything you\'ll need to prepare meals at home. The large dining area offers a picnic-style dining room table with additional seating at the kitchen counter for 4. A full bath is located off the dining room and offers a walk-in shower, perfect for washing the sand from your toes.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and smart TV and is located just outside the dining room. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom 2 twins. The 2nd full bath features a tub/shower.

The Slow M\'Ocean Beach Oasis is very well equipped and provides WiFi, gas bar-b-que grill, board games, toys for the visiting grandchildren, all linens are provided, and a large laundry room with full-size washer/dryer (additional refrigerator, not available for use). For those that enjoy the beach, this home provides beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, boogies boards, and a beach cart to pull to the beach access at the end of the road. Two bicycles are also available for use so you can take in the sights as you peddle around town. Please note this home does not have a landline. 1-car garage.
