“The Adelaide is an older apartment complex, with new owners who haven't quite taken full control yet. Maintenance always happens but not necessarily in a timely manor. The pools are older and seem to be broken (closed) quite often. The trash service is quite out of sync with management. And communications between the residents and management is almost non existant. On the other hand, the apartments are is great shape, the grounds are quite nice, the utilities have not been a problem (read: blackouts and cable outages), and the staff is always happy and friendly”
