Florida room along the back of the house is a comfortable area for entertaining, TV, ping-pong, games, etc. It leads to a small patio with a kid-friendly in-ground, screened in pool, which is heated! Backyard is private and fenced for your pets. It has a shuffle board and corn hole for fun as well as a private sunning patio with gas BBQ. Walk to the famous Laggerheads for drinks and dinner.
