Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information: The pool faces Northeast Pool is 28x11 Spa 6.5x6 D 4.5\' Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage: * One car can park in the garage Up to four cars can fit in the driveway Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it. No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
