The Location - This will be easy just like vacations are supposed to be. It\'s just a two-block walk to all the best of Siesta Keys South Village - fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even water front dining. The beaches here are the whitest on the island, a short walk to the snorkeling and kayaking at point of rocks, and are the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or often wade to Point of Rocks, a naturally occurring limestone reef with white sand on its beach and snorkeling and kayaking in front. Popular with dolphin, chameleon, miniature conch and the occasionally giant-conch or sea turtle. This is a spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes.

Bear Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide \"snorkeling gear\" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby.

Events - Many of our properties are wonderful locations for gatherings. Gatherings involving third party vendors or visitors outside your occupancy limit \"might\" be permitted, but only with prior authorization. Event fees will apply including location fees of between $1000 and $3000 and guest fees of $19 per person in excess of your occupancy limit. Out of consideration for all our travelers, hosting an event requires booking every unit at your property location.
